These masks are made from cotton and are triple layer construction (polycotton outer layer - 2 x cotton inner layers), they have a pocket to take a PM2.5 filter available seperately
They have adjustable ear straps and an internal adjustable nose clip
PM2.5 Filters are not anti-viral filters
Simply wash normally, I choose not to put in the dryer
